This elegant townhome features two clean, cozy bedrooms that each offer a unique and comfortable place for everyone in your group to relax between adventures at the beach.

The primary master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, soothing colors, and plenty of storage space for your clothing with a dresser and two nightstands. This room has an ensuite full bathroom for ultimate privacy, with a brand NEW tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom allows for multiple family options with a cozy Queen bed and if needed, the kids will love climbing into the full size bunk overhead.

The second bathroom offers a jack-n-jill style that allows the second bedroom to have an en-suite bathroom and be used as the main level bathroom.

Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, and trial size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Need to keep the towels fresh? You’ll find a washer and dryer tucked away on the main floor.

Cooking delicious meals in the stylish kitchen will be a joy instead of a chore thanks to the sleek white cabinets and updated stainless steel appliances. The pass through island cut out to the dining room layout makes it easy to socialize with the whole family while cooking.

Finally, there are six more spaces available outside on the screened in porch in case you want to dine with the florida breeze.

Make yourselves comfortable in the sleek, upscale living room, which has plenty of natural light throughout the day. Sit back and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV after a long day of sun and sand at the nearby beaches. The kids will keep busy with the arcade games in the foyer hallway.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
